Upon the death of the surgeon Jacobus de Consule, his estate was inherited by his mother, Perina, the widow of Pinus de Consule. This extensive inventory has a number of fascinating elements, including a set of rings and a small library of books. Note that Perina herself died a year later, in August of 1465, and her inventory is included in this collection. Comparison indicates that the number of items in the estate shrank considerably.
