The inventory of Churrado Giovanni, written on May 25, 1421. Churrado was an inhabitant of Ponsacco, a neighborhood 20 km southwest of Pisa, and the contents of his home and shop suggest that he was a shoemaker. Items found in his home, especially the many spices inventoried here, bear witness to extensive mercantile networks of Tuscans of this period.
