We know almost nothing about Perrenote. All that survives of her is a name and a family tie to a certain Constantin le Tondeur, about whom we know nothing either. At her death she left very little. Perhaps the inventory records only lodgings that she occupied at night, while working elsewhere during the day. Whatever the case, this document shows that in Dijon post-mortem inventories were also made for people of humble means.
