After his death on October 3, 1390, an inventory Jacopo del Rosso Stefani's goods was made for his son and heir, Rosso on November 16 of the same year. Among the locations inventoried was his cloth shop (bottega dall'arte della lana), containing an extensive inventory of fabrics, but also tools of the trade, such as display racks, scissors, and measuring sticks.
