The household goods belonging to Simone di Ricciardo Baronicelli were inventoried on July 29, 1388, for the benefit of his three sons and heirs, Inglilese Ricciardo, Giovanni and  Gualterocto. Although the first two folios of immovable household goods are unremarkable in their contents, a third folio contains a list of books and writings from the woolmakers guild (the Arte di Chalimala at f. 47r). Simone's will instructs his executors to pay special attention to these writings, and lists his main asset as the cloth shop, located on the Via Vacchereccia in the neighborhood of San Piero, just steps away from the guild headquarters at the Or San Michele.
