Bertrand and Arambour de Pasques were a couple of vinedressers (vignerons) who owned a house in Dijon organized around the production, storage and probably the sale of wine. The inventory reveals that the couple owned several buildings and used them shrewdly: they had at least two houses on the same street and several cellars.
