Terrino Manovelli designated his two sons, Nanni and Napeleone, as his heirs in his will of spring 1389. By October, Terrino had died and the inventory of his goods made on the 11th of that month. Among his goods were several cases and containers of writings, whether designated as books or only as writings, on f. 289r. There is also an unnamed slave, aged 25, listed at f. 289v.
