Since this dossier is lacking a last will and testament, little is known of the circumstances of the June 7, 1391 inventory made of Guido Filippo Fagni's goods. However, looking at the list of objects inventoried, it becomes clear that the deceased was a husband and father, since his home contains many items of clothing made for a woman, a little girl (fanciulla) or little boy (fanciullo). Other unique items within the inventories include "A pennant of red cloth, with a coat of arms on it," (399r) and a house located near Castel San Giovanni where he kept grain (400v).
